For example, our Flooring Contractors always focus on the floor finish, including the height, which is very important. In the past we have been called in to inspect renovations where floor levels varied due to the installation of under floor heating. Overlooking such things can lead to issues that have a negative effect on the end result. That is why we employ people who will check all such details before work commences.

Exterior Masonry Repairs
There are many different types of repair required to ensure the longevity of external masonry. We will always check for any signs of structural movement, cracks, bulges or dry and wet rot which cause masonry to crumble.
On most projects, some work is necessary to prevent problems from getting worse. Once this has been done it is time to re-point the joints or re-render the surface. We highly recommend, and always use “breathable” renders and paints that allow masonry to “breathe” because moisture that becomes trapped behind render or waterproof paint is likely to cause wet and dry rot once again.
Alterations To Existing Walls, Joists, Beams & Floors
The great thing about renovating a property is that you do not have to stay with the existing internal layout. You may for example wish to move, add or remove existing internal walls. We can manage the whole process from ensuring that the correct design drawings and structural calculations are carried out through to the building and all finishing work.
