Recent Building Work In Derbyshire

At JWH Construction Building & Joinery, our building contractors in Derbyshire have undertaken a variety of works in recent weeks and the previous months. • Pouring of a liquid screed over a under floor heating pipe system in Mackworth, Derby.
• Crane we hired in to lift a Duplus Glazed unit being lifted over a house. This glass unit will then be located on to a kerb section to a flat roof.
• Extension with the flat roof which is ready for plastering and the installation of the bifold doors.
• The flat roof with the glass fitted and also the perimeter wall is finished with a anthracite aluminium capping.
• The extension with a cast hopper head and down pipe
• Garden room under construction in Swanwick.
• Various sections of prepared oak ready to be knocked together to form a oak framed extension.
• Roof trusses after construction. All joints are mortice and tenon and are all hand made.

• Bespoke made steel with which a Damp Proof Membrane and insulation had been fitted.
